If any conflict exists between these Terms and the Official Rules for a specific sweepstakes, the Official Rules control.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use this Site or participate in any sweepstakes, you must:

Every sweepstakes offered through Luxe Bag Collection is governed exclusively by that promotion's Official Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

B. No Purchase Necessary

Each sweepstakes includes a free alternative entry method ("AMOE") as detailed in the Official Rules.

C. Paid Entries

If you choose to purchase entries:

• You authorize SoGÜD Promotions LLC to process the payment using your selected payment method.
• Purchases are generally final. Refund requests will be reviewed consistent with applicable laws and payment processor policies.

Purchasing entries does not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries received.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are handled securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By making a purchase, you also agree to their respective terms.

Chargebacks / Reversals

If a chargeback or payment reversal occurs:

• Related entries may be suspended or voided pending investigation.
• We may provide documentation to the payment processor to resolve the dispute.

6. Referral & Bonus Entry Program

A. Referral Integrity

Misuse of the referral system—including self-referrals, fake accounts, bots, disposable emails, or automated traffic—is prohibited.

SoGÜD Promotions LLC may void entries obtained through:

• Referral abuse,
• Fraud,
• Manipulation of tracking links,
• Or violations of these Terms.

B. Ambassadors & UGC Creators

Affiliates, ambassadors, and UGC creators are independent participants, not employees.

Creators may receive bonus entries for approved content but do not receive cash compensation unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, automated tools, AI systems, or any technical automation to enter or interact with the Site;
• Tamper with entry counts or referral tracking;
• Create false identities;
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Site;
• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent behavior;
• Harass or abuse staff or other participants.

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension,
• Voided entries,
• Disqualification from all sweepstakes,
• Or legal action when appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and software—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.

9. Website Errors, Downtime & Corrections

We may correct clerical, typographical, or technical errors affecting displayed prices, entry counts, or sweepstakes details.

We are not responsible for:

• Maintenance periods,
• Network delays,
• Or technical failures that impact Site usability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
