VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Purchasing entries does not improve the odds of winning beyond the number of entries received. All entries—paid and free—compete in the same drawing pool with equal chance per entry.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and can present a valid government-issued photo ID upon request to verify identity and eligibility.
Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency at any stage of the promotion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.
A. Paid Entry (Tickets Only):
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may obtain sweepstakes entries by purchasing entry packages at https://luxebagcollection.com. Each paid entry package will clearly disclose the price and the number of entries included (for example: 1 entry for $10, 5 entries for a bundled price, etc.). Each paid entry counts as one (1) entry into the random drawing.
Paid entries may be purchased using major credit/debit cards as well as approved digital wallets, including Stripe-secured checkout, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a paid entry purchase, the entrant authorizes SoGÃœD Promotions LLC to charge the selected payment method for the stated amount. All paid entries are final and non-refundable except as required by law. No purchase is required to enter or win. See Section 2(B) for the free entry method.
B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/15/2025 and received by 12/20/2025. Each valid mail-in request will receive one (1) entry into the same random drawing as paid entries. Multiple mail-in entries may be submitted, but each must be mailed separately in its own stamped envelope. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced submissions allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Free entries may be submitted by mail or through official promotional partnerships administered by Sponsor.
C. Entry Limits / Equal Opportunity:
Each eligible individual may receive up to a maximum of 100 total entries through paid entry purchases during the Promotion Period and up to 50 total entries through the free mail-in entry method.
Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per envelope. Paid and free entries are pooled together and have the same chance of winning. Purchasing entries does not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries received.
All entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules and received by the applicable deadline. Any attempt to submit entries in excess of these limits, or through automated, robotic, or bulk means, will result in disqualification.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
There will be seven (7) winners total in this promotion.
First Prize (Grand Prize):
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Louis Vuitton Alma BB Monogram Canvas Bag (Model M46990, ARV $1,940.00). If the exact model becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a comparable Louis Vuitton bag or a cash alternative of equal or greater value.
Second Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Louis Vuitton Emilie Wallet (Model M60697, ARV $615.00). If unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a comparable designer wallet or a cash alternative up to the stated ARV.
Third Prize (5 winners):
Each third-place winner will receive fifteen (15) bonus entries for a future Luxe Bag Collection giveaway (the "Entry Credit Prize"). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150.00 per winner (based on standard $10 per entry pricing). The Entry Credit Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be redeemed toward a future Luxe Bag Collection giveaway operated by Sponsor. If Sponsor discontinues future sweepstakes, Sponsor may instead award a cash alternative up to the stated ARV at Sponsor's sole discretion.
General Prize Terms:
– Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available.
– Each participant may win only one (1) prize in this promotion. After a participant is confirmed as a winner of any prize, their entries are removed from subsequent drawings for lower-tier prizes.
– All prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
– Brand names are used solely to describe the prizes. Louis Vuitton is not a sponsor of, does not endorse, and is not affiliated with this promotion in any way.
– Winners are responsible for any applicable registration, permitting, or title fees required by their jurisdiction, if any.
A total of seven (7) winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, in the following order:
1) First Prize (Grand Prize) – 1 winner
2) Second Prize – 1 winner
3) Third Prize – 5 winners
All drawings will be conducted on or about 12/22/2025 and may be streamed live via social media platforms (such as Instagram Live or YouTube). All drawings will be performed using RandomDraws.com, an independent third-party randomization service, to help ensure fairness and audit-ready transparency. A certificate of the drawing may be posted on the Site following winner verification.
Winner Removal Between Drawings: Once the First Prize winner is confirmed as eligible, that entrant will be removed from the entry pool and will not be eligible for the Second Prize or any Third Prize. Once the Second Prize winner is confirmed, that entrant will be removed from the entry pool and will not be eligible for any Third Prize. All Third-Place winners are selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) days of the drawing and must complete the following within seven (7) days of notification: (i) provide a valid government-issued photo ID for age and identity verification; and (ii) sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release. Failure to respond or complete the required steps within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Delivery: All physical prizes (if any) will be shipped via tracked, signature-required delivery to the verified winner only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair its integrity.

Technical Issues: Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, malfunctions, or disconnections affecting participation or entry.
Fraud Prevention: Automated, robotic, AI-generated, macro, scripted, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Force Majeure: Sponsor may cancel or modify the promotion due to events beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized intervention).
Proof of Entry / Payment: Sponsor may require proof of entry or proof of payment to confirm compliance with these Official Rules and to resolve disputes.
Chargebacks/Returns: Any chargeback, payment reversal, disputed transaction, or returned/refunded purchase related to entries will result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of all associated entries.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete IRS Form W-9 and will receive Form 1099-MISC reflecting the approximate retail value of the prize.
Where required, the fair market value (FMV) of the prize will be included on the winner's IRS Form 1099-MISC for the tax year in which the prize is awarded.
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
By entering, participants consent to the live announcement of their full name and city/state for transparency during winner drawings and related promotional posts.
With winner's prior written consent, Sponsor may post winner details (first name / initial, city, prize, photo) publicly — including on Sponsor's website, social media channels, or other promotional materials — to confirm legitimacy and transparency of the sweepstakes.
Winner must present valid ID and sign for delivery of physical prizes before prize handoff.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from or in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
In no event shall Sponsor's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes exceed the retail value of the prize awarded.
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, by binding arbitration in the State of Florida. Binding arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). These Official Rules are governed by Florida law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida, County of Escambia. Entrant consents to such jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for sweepstakes administration, winner verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Sponsor uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect participant data and will permanently delete or anonymize participant information within (6) months following prize fulfillment unless required by law to retain it longer.

Requests must be received within 60 days after the Promotion Period ends.
Sponsor will donate a portion of net proceeds from paid entries to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The exact contribution will vary by promotion and will be disclosed through posted donation receipts. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is not a sponsor or administrator of this sweepstakes.
Donations made by Sponsor are not tax-deductible to participants. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital bears no responsibility for the operation, promotion, winner selection, or prize fulfillment of this sweepstakes.

RIGHT TO AMEND:
Sponsor may update these Official Rules at any time to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
PRIZE DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:
All physical prizes will be shipped via tracked delivery and will require the recipient's signature upon receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please allow up to 8–12 weeks for delivery of the prize after verification. Delays caused by supply issues or shipping carriers are not the responsibility of the Sponsor.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
This promotion is void in any jurisdiction where conducting or promoting sweepstakes of this nature is restricted by law, including but not limited to states requiring registration or bonding for prizes exceeding applicable thresholds. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries or restrict participation where prohibited by law.
NO ENDORSEMENT:

DEFINITION OF NET PROCEEDS:
For the purposes of this promotion, "net proceeds" means gross paid entry revenue less payment processing fees, platform service charges, and verified administrative costs directly associated with the sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
ENTRY DATA INTEGRITY / FRAUD:
Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the processing or tabulation of entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of this sweepstakes. Any entry suspected of being generated through artificial intelligence, bots, macros, or other automated systems will be voided and may be reported. Sponsor reserves the right to implement identity verification, CAPTCHAs, rate limiting, or anti-bot measures at any time.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & DISPUTES:
By completing a paid entry purchase through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other approved checkout method, entrant: (i) authorizes SoGÃœD Promotions LLC to charge the selected payment method for the stated purchase amount; (ii) acknowledges that paid entries are final and non-refundable except as required by law; and (iii) agrees that Sponsor may retain transaction records, IP address, device information, and order confirmations as evidence of authorization and may provide such records to payment processors, card networks, or financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON RULE:
Multiple entries under different email addresses, payment methods, or social media accounts by the same individual are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
DATA & SERVER SECURITY:
Sponsor is not responsible for unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security incidents affecting entries, nor for the security practices of third-party platforms or payment processors (including but not limited to Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and their banking partners).
SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO INTERPRET RULES:
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and make all determinations regarding the administration of the sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
WINNER FORFEITURE:
Failure of a selected winner to complete all required verification steps, return all required documentation, or maintain eligibility within the specified timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
AFFILIATES / MARKETING DISCLOSURE:
Some sweepstakes promotions may be shared by affiliates, ambassadors, or content creators compensated by Sponsor. Entries are valid only through official Luxe Bag Collection channels listed on https://luxebagcollection.com.
From time to time, Sponsor may offer optional promotional incentives, such as bonus entries, referral-based bonuses, ambassador incentives, or other marketing promotions. These optional incentives do not alter the free alternative method of entry ("AMOE"), do not improve the odds of winning beyond the total number of entries received, and are not required for participation. Any such incentives are promotional in nature and may be modified, expanded, reduced, or discontinued at any time at Sponsor's sole discretion. All optional promotional bonuses remain subject to the entry limits and eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules.
